Booking Policies
Be sure you confirm all of your appointments. Simply click the link in the text and enter your payment details to secure your appointment. This is only to secure your appointment; no money will be taken (you can pay however you choose on the day) and I do not have access to your details. Your card will only be charged in the event of the cancellation policy being broken. Any appointments not confirmed within 24 hours of booking will not be guaranteed; the system and myself will book those with the next client.
Cancellations
When cancelling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice you will be charged 50% of the booked appointment. Any no-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment. Any appointments rescheduled or cancelled on the day of the appointment will also be charged at 100%.​
I understand that life happens and unavoidable things do come up through no fault of your own however this is my business and only source of income.
Punctuality
Please be on time to your appointment; being late or excessively early can put my entire day out. I often work back to back and so being late will more than likely mean I won't be able to fully complete your treatment. Any more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show and charged at 100% of the appointment.
Equally being more than 5 or so minutes early can be just as disruptive. Chances are I will not be ready for you, you will put me under significant pressure if I am still with the previous client and you may take away those few precious moments set aside for coffee, food and recharging which are very much needed to ensure you get the very best service (and for my sanity!).
General

I do not under any circumstances remove or work on any nails not done by me.

Refrain from touching your phone, your own nails and anything else during your appointment; keep your hands on the desk when not under the lamps. Touching and moving will compromise the quality of your treatment.

Be sure to book nail art in advance to ensure I have enough time to give you the set you want.

If your booking includes a removal or you book for extensions but no longer want them you will still be charged for what you booked unless 48 hours notice is given.

Any incidents with your nails within 5 days of your appointment will be repaired free of charge and £3 per nail thereafter.

Note that refunds will not offered under any circumstances, any genuine issues will be rectified free of charge.

Make sure to arrange childcare for the duration of your appointment. The salon is not insured to allow children and even the most well-behaved of children can disrupt the quality and service of not only your treatment, but that of other clients in the salon.
